  • How do I book?

    Avoid all of the unnecessary fees and book directly with us online. Book Now

  • Is my booking protected?

    We offer a refund policy. However if you experience an unforeseen event that requires you to cancel outside of our cancellation policy please reach out directly to us to discuss.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We never want our customers to cancel but if the need does arise we do offer a full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. If the need to cancel arises less than 7 days before check-in please reach out directly to us.

  • Do you allow pets?

    We do allow pets.  Our pet policy allows one pet 50 lbs or less  with a $50 pet fee per stay. 

  • How do I check in/check out?

    We offer contactless check-in and check-out.  We provide you with an access code on check-in day at 3 pm for the keypad on the unit.  We ask that you notify your host upon check-out.  Additional check-out policies can be found in the unit.

  • Is there early check in/late check out

    We can sometimes accommodate early check-in and/or late check-out. Early/late check in/out depends on availability. If the unit is available and ready then yes we can do early/late check in/out. 

  • How do I communicate with you?

    We understand the need to communicate quickly and efficiently when things come on.  You can reach us via text or phone at (815) 980-6263 during normal business hours of M-F 8 am – 5 pm.  After hours you can reach via text or phone at (815) 980-6263 for emergencies only.  Any after hours communication that is not an emergency will be addressed during the next business day.
